What is Fifth-Generation Active Oxygen Disinfectant?

Fifth-generation active oxygen disinfectant is an environmentally friendly disinfectant prepared through membrane separation technology by compounding active oxygen derivatives. Its main ingredients include food-grade materials such as active oxygen and hydrogen peroxide. It achieves disinfection by releasing active oxygen free radicals that disrupt the cell membranes and protein structures of pathogens. The product contains no chlorine, alcohol, or similar substances, and decomposes into oxygen and water after use, enabling green, residue-free disinfection, sterilization, and deodorization in various environments.

It achieves a sterilization and killing rate of over 99.9% against hepatitis B virus and Escherichia coli. In toxicological experiments, the acute oral LD50 exceeds 5,000 µl/kg BW, classifying it as practically non-toxic. Detection methods such as DPD colorimetry and portable active oxygen rapid analyzers enable real-time concentration monitoring. The production residues can be used as agricultural fertilizer, meeting clean production requirements.

Mechanism of Action

This product utilizes the synergistic disinfection function of active oxygen derivatives to destroy the proteins, enzymes, and nucleic acids of pathogenic microorganisms, thereby thoroughly eliminating them. It effectively prevents the transmission and cross-infection of diseases such as influenza, pneumonia, enteritis, and sexually transmitted infections. It is non-irritating to the skin and exhibits excellent anti-inflammatory effects on skin inflammation, oral inflammation, dental swelling, hemorrhoidal inflammation, and gynecological inflammation in middle-aged and elderly women.

Applications

Widely used for sterilization and disinfection in various public spaces such as households, schools, kindergartens, offices, hotels, hospitals, and waiting rooms (for trains or planes). It effectively prevents the transmission and cross-infection of diseases such as influenza, pneumonia, enteritis, and sexually transmitted infections. It is also suitable for disinfecting surfaces and treating sewage stains in confined spaces of various sizes, such as pet homes, biological laboratories, precision workshops, and various breeding or cultivation facilities.

Usage Instructions 

Spray or mist the product directly onto walls and object surfaces, with 1-3 milliliters per square meter recommended. Allow it to act for 5-15 minutes, after which no rinsing is required. If sprayed onto valuable items, there is no need to wipe it off; simply allow it to air-dry.

Precautions 

1. There is no need to avoid people during spraying. If the solution comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water.  

2. Shelf life: 18 months when stored at room temperature in a well-ventilated and light-protected environment.
